This place will make your dreams come true. Robin takes excellent care of his customers, and has lots of great advice and patience. The prices are extremely competitive and I shudder to think what my modular journey would look like had Synthesizer New Zealand not existed.

At last a REAL synth shop in New Zealand! I reached out to Robin a couple of time for advice about choosing a Eurorack filter most suitable for my needs and he nailed it, and surprisingly it was not the most expensive, just about mid-range to be honest. Packed up nice and safely for delivery with a few nice treats thrown in for good measure plus a hand written thank you which is a lovely personal touch.Robin even followed up with me to see if I was happy with my purchase which I completely am. Can't believe I got 2 of the best modules ever at such an awesome price. The MI Beads and Plaits, they were already on special but it was even better with the conversion rate as I'm from Australia. On that note, they came nice and safely and with an awesome thank you note from Robin in the box. Thanks Synth NZ, will be shopping with you again soon, I'm off to make some tunes.....

I've never had any interactions with an online store and experienced the high level of personal connection or commitment to service like that delivered by Synthesizer NZ. I've especially enjoyed the direct and proactive feedback around supply chain issues arising from COVID and political instability in Europe ... and the flexibility to change orders to accomodate. Thanks for your awesome service and for what you are doing for the synth community in NZ.

Great to have such an amazing Eurorack shop in ANZ. Excellent prices and Robin is a legend - just ask and he can likely get you what you need. Orders to Australia are easy and beat going way too far overseas for gear. A+
