Alex came to install a vanity at my house, Turns out I hadn't bought the all the correct supplies from Mitre10. Was no problem for Alex who came up with an good workaround on my older house in about 5mins and got the job done in a very reasonable time. Was a nice guy to have around also. Would highly recommend.

Called Alex on recommendation from another plumber. I asked Alex if he could come by and give me an estimate for installation of three water tanks. Alex said he would be in my place the next day at 9am. The next day at 9:30pm there was no show by Alex. I called him and reminded him of our appointment. He said he has an emergency and cannot come today. I asked him why he didn't call me, he said he doesn't do estimated for water tanks and hang up on me.This never happened to me before, that someone would hang up on me on the phone. I would say that it is most unprofessional and plan rude. I hope other customers of Alex have better experiences with him than I have.
