Normally use drive-through as it’s my go to local for food on the go.. yummy food and shakes. Hubby disappointed they no longer stock baked potato so it’s a struggle sometimes to go there with him LOL better value than other fast food outlets IMO

If only I could give a minuses to how bad this place isFor a place that’s not even busy having to wait as they didn’t have any meat paddy’s ready but by the looks of it they were more interested in giving each other high five in the kitchen, when finally I got my takeaway and got home just to find the worst taco salad ever it looked like it had been thrown around it look so disgusting and on top of that they even forgot the tacos so what even the pout of ordering if they can’t even get the order right, went back to complain to the lady with the blue hair there was no sincere response but oh sorry for that,and to ask why they didn’t add straws in the bag with the drinks as it take away but it self service ( so does that apply for drive through? It’s take away it should be part of the service when taking away line normally take away shops) the worst place to ever visit for service and quality the carless the the staff doesn’t even qualify for hospitality

I recently had a disappointing experience at Wendy's when they forgot to include cheese in my cheeseburger and didn't give me tacos for my taco salad. As a paying customer, I was extremely disappointed with their lack of attention to detail and customer service.

Ordered our food via drive thru, paid for it and got soaked because they are the only drive thru in the world without a roof. Got home after a long drive to find we got wrong burgers and we paid for more. Very annoying.

Not how it used to be. Burgers thrown together and so much chill sauce I couldn't taste anything else and chip serving much smaller then I remember I easily finished a large normally I struggle and have chips left over. No baby change table either and floors felt like they were covered in oil so slippery. Think I will try a different Wendys when in Auckland next time and see what it's like.

Usually really good bt this time dispointed with my homestyle chicken fillet, wasnt what it usually is. Very disappointing and got over charged for the meal.

This place is dirty most of the time and there is a distinct lack of management. I counted 6 people walking around like zombies and nothing getting done. Staff don’t acknowledge that you standing waiting to be served. They just look down and ignore you. As soon as this place has more than 3 customers, they fall to pieces. Absolutely useless.The one staff member drinking a red bull looked like he needed it. The people working here need a defibrillator to get some life back into them. Honestly the most poorly managed food place around. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked the guy how long it would take and he said he couldn’t say. How is this place still in business?

Staff are pretty cool with service. My wife and I went in for lunch. Paulo was superb as he served us, and was helpful with even cleaning up the small tomato sauce spill on the carpet. 10/10 for you Paulo
