Doctors at Kingsland

The worst doctors you could ask for, reception staff are the worst, zero communication and miscommunication on appointments but they are so quick to be rude to you when you are annoyed with the lack of service

This is a Walk In service, which has introduced some ahead of time appointments. They are busy, and always were,before Covid-19. However, they work thoroughly, promptly and prioritise well and manage everyone efficiently. This isn't your typical Medical Centre, and I find a very humbling and grounding experience. They have updated and maintained their site well and overall have definitely improved in the few years I've been with them. They provide reminders for tests, which I've never ever received before and is super handy as life gets busy and such things are on the back burner most of the time. They work incredibly hard, more so then the average medical centre.

This review has nothing to do with the Dr's that work there. I was looking for a new Dr as I had moved back to the area. I don't recommend this place at all. Was looking for a new Dr to enroll with. Reception said I could come in with passport and enroll for $45. That wasn't an issue, I called back to register as a casual visit just to try the place to see if the Dr's was the right fit. Then to find out from the rude receptionist (mature lady) that now I cannot come and enroll, nor come as a casual as the books are closed.

The Best GP Ever!! The ONLY GP that will go an Extra Mile for YOU. You won't be disappointed I can guarantee that. I've been with them since Birth till now. Dr Peter King & Doctor Lowe.

These doctors are so good they cured my grandad of alzheimers! He claims he never had it but I'm sure he just forgot about it. He's since gone to jail for level 3 tax evasion. The doctors here are lovely and very gentle/ kind. 5 stars

Amazing GPs. I started with Dr King and then had Dr Lowe. I had beem with them for over 10-15 yrs. Have had to leave due to moving location. All are well trained and up to date with knowledge and know the top specialists to refer to. Efficient and friendly and listen to you.

I was offered an appointment the same day with no questions asked and seen by a competent doctor with only a short wait. Then blood tests were done quickly at the same visit.The fees are very low, and I filled my prescription at the pharmacy next door, which meant that the prescription was free.I had slightly complicated circumstances, and the receptionist was rather short with me while I was trying to explain this, but in the end she was very efficient too.I am a doctor myself, so I probably have quite high standards!
