Also, shout out to Alex who helped me sort my remaining 2 and a half days in this amazing town. Offered me only the best deals for each activities and tours. Everyone's friendly and helpful too! Booked a tour to doubtful sound with RealNZ and was advised it would include lunch, but it only appears to be the case for anyone booking direct via RealNZ. Would advise packing your lunch so you don't end up on a 12 hour trip with no food!The tour itself is proving fantastic, just bummed about being misled about the food

Loved nature and liked to encounter and get closer to nature in NZ :-)One of the most unexpected highlight of my trip in NZ is this Canyoning adventure near queenstown!Because Of the snow my trip to Milford sounds got cancelled, I was recommended to try out this water sport Canyoning by Sean from Happy Tours after I told him I have been going to gym 3 times a week, also been taking some trainings getting myself improved physically for races like spartan. Man Vs. wild has been my all time favorite.The experience is exciting, super engaging, “dangerous”, challenging which involves jumping off small spring, climbing down clif with a rope, walking through rocks...the guider and coaching team is professional, fun, caring, which is essential to make this journy great :-DSome basic fitness level, flexibility, strength in legs and grabbing, swimming skills is already enough! I did not know I can actually do something like this!!!Have to thank Sean from Happy Tour for recommending this to me, who know and do outdoor activity well :-)Look forward to come back NZ to do more stuff

Thanks to Sara, she was incredible! I booked the Lord of the Rings Tour and the Glacier Flight after she told me about the different options, she was a great help! The Glacier Flight sadly got canceled but I had no problems getting the deposit back which is also a great relief. The LotR Tour was amazing, can really recommendThanks for making my trip to Queenstown as amazing as it was!

Dan from the Queenstown office was just fantastic.His service, advice also his knowledge.He deserves a pay rise.We popped into the office about 8pm Monday night and didn't turn us away. He was helping another couple before us, then chose to help us once again.We'd made 3 different tours through him and not disappointed what so ever.If you're in Queenstown NZ book through them.Great service I'd recommend them.

We got so much help from a great guy at Happy Tours! We had been lazy and not booked the LOTR tour we wanted to take, and the guy at Happy Tours did everything he could to get us on a tour and suceeded! You saved our trip! Thank you! :D

Dan was absolutely amazing! We came in like headless chickens and he hand created a brilliant itenerary for us! So friendly, helpful and funny! Would highly recommend and will definitely use happy tours for any future bookings too!

We visited to hire skis at J&D Ski Rental which shares a premises with Happy Tours. Whilst we were waiting for the skis, Dan from Happy Tours was chatting to us and asking about our road trip plans. He gave us some amazing recommendations and even advised us on the best places to stay, drawing out an entire itinerary for us for our time in the North Island at no charge. There was no expectation to book anything via him (although we would have done if it was possible)! He is a credit to the company and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tour. Unbelievably helpful and kind and had a huge amount of knowledge - so helpful for our first time exploring New Zealand! The prices for local tours with this company also looked very reasonable compared to things we’d seen online and at other tour companies in passing. Thanks again Dan :)
