The Study link Dept of MSD must be the most pedantic of all time! A solo parent we thought it would be easy for my daughter to apply for a student allowance : but no. Apparently I'm not a solo parent as her mother last seen 15 yrs ago isn't dead. Secondly an additional form my daughter has to complete, can't be sent to her on my request (she was at work) she has to ask herself. Be prepared for mindless red tape and and insincere reference to their favorite PRIVACY law, which clearly none have read or understand.

Very good security guards were very helpful and nice, reception staff was very rude when I was waiting to ask to sign in they were just laughing amongst themselves ignoring me.
