Just moved to Christchurch and heard great things about Buchanan Optometrists.Optometrist was really nice and made sure I understood what all the tests meant throughout my Police visual examination report.Receptionist was so so lovely and haven't come across anyone as friendly.Best optometrists I have ever been too :)Thanks Buchanan for the fantastic service!

As my previous optometrist had retired I was looking for a new one, preferably an independent & not in a mall. Saw Matthews Eyecare in a new location as I was driving by so am pleased to be a new customer with them. Excellent service & care & lovely range of glasses to chose from. Thoroughly recommend them.

Great complimentary customer service! I was on my way to a meeting with some time to kill and had recently caught a basketball with my face. My glasses were regularly slipping down my face and it was quite annoying. They adjusted the arms of my glasses and cleaned the lenses. The glasses now feel like how they were when I first put them on. Very happy!!!

Had outstanding service from the Mathews eye care in Riccarton! I just had a severe case of conjunctivitis. My wife was a Doctor at Riccarton clinic so told me to go there as they are very good. I'm glad I did as they examined me thoroughly to make sure it wasn’t something worse. Im soon in need of glasses and will be sure to return to get my eyes tested and proper ones fitted. Looks like they have a great big selection of styles there as well to choose from. Easy parking around the back. Nice and warm inside. Good follow up service. Very professional. Could not highly recommend them enough!

Fantastic staff, popped in to look at children’s glasses and although they didn’t have what we were looking for they fitted both mine and my daughters current glasses. Very happy with the service and will be returning to purchase for sure!
