Disappointed that once I had spent $9000 on an item they did not offer any assistance to deliver the product. Was told had to make my own arrangements and they don't offer a delivery service even at a cost.

they do not stand behind what they sell...i was told they are a reseller on behave of manufacturer not a retailer so consumer garrantee does not apply..i have to deal with manufacturer myself....wonted to shop at an nz company but never again...had a broken fridge for 4 mths now...merry christmas
