True Vets Ormiston

My partner and I saw a few vets before finding this team and could not imagine ourselves anywhere else. The whole team feels like family and our two dogs LOVE coming here. The level of care and compassion they provide is one of a kind. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to get there and it is absolutely worth it they are the BEST. If you need a vet, this is definitely the fam you want on your team! An enormous shout out to the wonderful Dr. Amy, Belinda, both Stacey’s, Dr. Jen, and the whole team. ❤️

First time visiting a Vet for my puppy 2nd vaccination.Nice atmosphere, very welcoming staff (Belinda) and Amy (Momo's Vet at the appointment) was very lovely, answered my queries.

I recently took my dog to True Vets after he got a deep cut under his paw, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provided.Despite booking the consultation at the last moment, they accommodated us without any issues.The veterinarians at True Vets were incredibly gentle and understanding with my dog. They carefully stitched up the wound and took the extra step of placing a protective boot on my dog's paw to ensure that his dressing stayed dry.I want to give a special mention to the receptionist at True Vets for her outstanding customer service. Every time I have called with questions about my dog, she takes time to listen attentively to my concerns and provide thorough and helpful answers.I'm immensely grateful to the team at True Vets for their exceptional care and professionalism.I highly recommend True Vets to anyone in need of top-notch veterinary care.P.S MY WOLF HOWLS OF GRATITUDE AND A HEARTFELT “THANK YOU” TO TRUE VETS

It was our first time visiting TrueVets Ormiston. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our cat surprised us most by behaving really well towards the vet staff while getting his check-up and treatment. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back as well as recommending this place to friends and family.

You are always also so kind in your work…your staff are excellent!. Right from the contact of the receptionist through to your expert team. All of you are fantastic with your communication and are diligent in your work.

My cats Paxton and Ace are both enrolled here and I have been with Amy for the past couple of vet appointments she is honestly so amazing and cares so much for the animals and is super gentle and understanding! The front desk team are always so polite and make me feel so welcome and safe for my 2 boys! I love how the cat area is separate from the dog area, these things make all the difference for anxious pets and pet owners. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their animals to go through excellent and genuine care!

Very friendly and amazing team they have. They all were very welcoming and caring. I’m so glad that there is such a good vet clinic nearby, service was great. Will always be going to them from now on haha
