Buying your first luxury watch can be quite intimidating, from the he store experience to the handling of watches that you want to look. My wife and I were looking for both an engagement ring as well as wedding rings. Found this one on the map, says Rolex watch retailer on the facade but actually does a good collections of rings too. Both Joy and Cass were nice, friendly, professional and helpful.We went there three times, first time browsing the rings and getting a feel, they patiently introduced many details and 101 knowledge about diamond rings. The second time we went in and decided which ones to buy with the help of Cass, she also helped to confirm the deliver dates because the need of resize. The third time we got a phone call from Cass saying the rings are ready as promised and we picked them up.The entire experience was great and we felt like the staff were serious and dedicated in business. We will come back later for an aniversary ring I'd say.

The whole team there is great always wanting to help and always listen when you complain about watches you want but you no thay can't get.
