North Shore Police Station

Great police force. Have always treated me as a human being with respect. Gentle with handcuffs, awesome ride in police cars with air-conditioning. Pies are never too hot or frozen in the middle. Would definitely get arrested by them next time, for sure.

You’d have to be extremely determined to get a police report filed here. The lady behind the front desk is an expert at deflecting work, using anything from victim blaming to trying to undermine your confidence so you’ll not trouble them with more work. I guess they must be underpayed and swamped in paperwork but this does nothing to restore my faith in the rule of law in nz.

Both the ladies at the reception desk really need to GO.. i recently got scammed by someone and got my car stolen and the very first time when i went there to get my report done...the first lady who served me that day was soo rude and was like i dnt care" attitude.They need to understand that When someone comes to the police station

Older lady at front desk on Tue 6 Oct is lazy and rude.I gave an employee permission to use my Nissan work vehicle while i was out of auckland. On the same key ring was the spare key to another vehicle on my property. A Ford which doesn't belong to me. I came home early to find the employee had stolen the ford. I didn't want to contact police at the time because the guy was already in battle for the custody of his son. Now he's taking us through ERA for unfair dismissal so I wanted to make a report for evidence in court. I told her im willing to press charges if necessary. She told me, it just isn't gonna fly."- He didn't deprive you of the vehicle

The receptionist at the front desk was so rude, unwilling to help others. What a pathetic person to deal with. I personally know how hard it is to deal with people who usually bombard you with unhappy stories. However, it is not a good excuse to treat people like shxx and shows “I don’t care attitude”. It is sad to see that one sad personnel’s attitude can represent the whole police station. At least I had wonderful experience on the phone to report and file the issues I had.

Big up to the lady at the Front desk, friendly smile and willing to assist me even though it was out of their scope what i needed done, but still gladly assisted me and super friendly, great to see Kiwi culture still strong

Awesome service when it comes to keeping me over night for drunk and disorderly fashion,Nice concrete floors with a 1 inch mattress preferable better as a pillow. They have a camera in the corner of the room to keep you company within your confined stay so your left alone to sob over your stupid choices. Pies are awesome and In fact hot enough to the bite. If you play nice you’ll receive another pie free.Nice and comfortable drive from the station the court house with no fees depending on your charge but yes they are vigilant to raise that fine you already received a week ago for the same thing. I’ve had very awesome conversations talking to the cops while in their nice air conditioned car with all sorts of gadgets. Their services to keep you seat belted at all times with handcuffs is a must.I would definitely love to be arrested by them again. Thank you.

Police don't care about a hit and run accident at all, even when I have a witness and the plate number of the car that crashed into my car. There must be something wrong with them. Unbelievable.

Not sure why they have this number listed on google as I have called the number several times for the last three days since someone drove into my car. I wanted to check to see if anyone reported the incident. No one ever answered the calls and no message facility. They must be either asleep or overworked. Something is wrong here.

Today I got a call from one police officer and told me I need to come here. I even do not know what is going on. After I arrived there, one guy ( who wears police uniform) bring me into a room and questioned me in a room about the company mattar which is not suppose to involve police officer. It is very weird things happened to me and I was disrespected and was treated like a prisoner. I want legal help from this country. I wasted my whole afternoon and come out from my worn and come to the north shore police station.still the police didn’t give me any legal document about this matter. Please give me an explanation about this matter.
