Awesome service, Friendly staff. Helpful and informative. Willing to help you and will bend over backwards. I highly recommend, would go back again. Infact I have bought all my items from here. And when one wouldn't work properly took it back to the store and got full refund. More then happy with the service and level of experience I have received.

I have only been to this shop once and never again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been a firearm’s owner for a long time, drove pass this shop to see a product. The guy at the shop refused to open a box to show me a product unless I buy it. Says it’s their policy. What a joke ! What kind of retail shop is this? I might as well buy it online where there is more information and more photos. I went and purchased at another shop. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Avoid at all cost.

The shop is clean and everything looks tidy. The guy helping me, I think his name is Chris, gave me more information as to what I needed and was thorough about how everything should tie together.

Excellent advice as always from Chris and the team here. It's awesome being able to walk into a store, get the right gear and head back home to try it out. These guys know airsoft and they will give you the right advice regardless of your experience.

Sneering, unhelpful, supercilious young male member of staff. Needs a lot of customer care training but will still be below average. Get rid of him asap. I don't want to go back to this unfriendly, elitist business.

Been my number one place for airsoft toys and equipment. Pretty much a place where a huge chunk of my money goes.Their airsoft replicas range from absolute beginner to long-time players. When I had first stumbled upon the store, a previous worker took great care of me in getting started. I was super excited as it was a dream hobby I've wanted to do since I was a teen. He ran through all the info I needed know to own my first airsoft toy, the essentials such as BBs, batteries, chargers, face and eye protection and went out of their way to help me familiarize myself with the different Wellington airsoft clubs. Through that, I went and joined one of the local clubs and never looked back. Been playing now for roughly 3 years and onto my 4th at the time I write this review.I also go there to get my replicas upgraded and tweaked when need be. Their tech is helpful. Though my only recommendation would be to shorten the wait times. I still have one of my replicas sitting there since early January 2023 (Feb 2023 I write this review) and they said there was no need to fill out the form.Product familiarity is another aspect I hope they can improve. Sometimes I walk out of there with something and as soon as I get home to try it, the item sometimes doesn't work. The other day I bought a PTT to connect my headsets to, only to find that it didn't work due to it being a different brand. I had asked one of the workers before buying it if it would work and he just gave me the Yeah
