Great and safe place to train BJJ with Great coaches and environment, filled with great bunch of people from all backgrounds,ages and sizes.. when you come in to train at JJ1st definitely you would feel that you are welcomed like a family.The training it always fun and there will be time we got pushed for conditioning exercises.

Nice place to train BJJ in a friendly and safe environment. The club offers gi and no gi training as well as kids class on Saturday. All levels from absolute beginner to advance and competitors are welcome. Dave is a great instructor.

This club is special, lunchtime classes with an awesome group of people with a variety of backgrounds/ages/genders, many working locally in the film industry. Everyone looks after each other making training safe and super enjoyable. Dave the coach is a superb teacher and caters expertly to all levels. The club is based out of endorphinz gym which itself has a sweet welcoming atmosphere and is a handy place to supplement with weights or other classes, tho any level of fitness is honestly fine for the jiu jitsu. I love this place to bits!
