We asked for a plan and quote. Tony duly showed, measured, and 3 weeks later, came back with a plan. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. He had not listened to our requests nor our wants and needs. His plan was far more than we budgeted for, and was completely unworkable without major renovations. Needless to say, they didn't get the job.

When my husband and I moved into our house, I decided to change the kitchen cupboards into drawers. I also needed more storage space and new units were supplied. Mcindoe Kitchens did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

One important lesson in business is called customer experience if you ring a business to find out when will a quote be provided and they ignore your phone calls it’s poor serviceThe best advice is to answer the phone and say “ we are too busy to help you”

We want to replace our 25 year old McIndoe Kitchen, so I phoned Mcindoe's on 28 October and spoke with a lady named Bridget. She took my details and agreed to phone me in two weeks to arrange an in home consultation. She didn't phone back. I was a little disheartened. Three weeks later on 17 November, I visited Mcindoe Kitchens in Carnegie Road and spoke with a man named Tui. He remembered installing our kitchen 25 years ago. He took my details again and gave an undertaking that Bridget would call me the following week to arrange an in home consultation. She didn't phone back. I was very disheartened and rather annoyed. I believe that McIndoe Kitchens was sold to some people a year ago. Don't know who they are, don't know anything about them, their kitchen 'showroom' has been dismantled and there is not even a business website. We have now approached another company to design and build a new kitchen for us.

Helped us design and build a perfect kitchen. Tony was great and the rest of the staff were helpful too. Would recommend for your next renno project.
