NZ Post Centre Symonds Street

to the rude guy who failed to deliver a good service this afternoon:Torbay is in North Shore, Auckland and yes, I wanted to be specific and easier for you to calculate the cost so I told you Torbay, not just Auckland. If you dont know that place is within Auckland area, its your problem and next time dont blame your customer for it. And please, dont rush to play with your phone. A lot of people are losing their jobs now so dont give your employer a chance to fire you ( but hey if you're the owner of the place then never mind, do whatever you want ).cant imagine how someone can be so rude to one another, especially their job is to deliver service to people.

Super friendly staff and very helpful too. Always so patient to assist my parcel enquiries especially Karti (not sure if I spell it correctly?) feel like coming home when I visit this postshop/convenience and best thing they open till so late! Love it 200%

very good manager and service ? i been going there for 5 months now never had any problems very kind helpful manager Do Not Trust ! other people what they Comment its not True this please is Great im Very Happy With them.......the small peoblem is many homeless is on saymonds street in morning other wise it has nothing to do with this place 5 Stars +++++

I had 3 large and heavy packages to send. The older gentleman at the counter answered all my questions and was a huge help. When I left, I accidentally left my debit card on the counter. I was super worried it was stolen but he held onto it! Super good service and a clean store.

Friendly staff, could use more counter space for attaching stamps as it got a bit crowded.

if your label are not purchased in the store, then your parcel are not welcomed for dropping there. like many other reviews , i will take this complaint to nzpost

Had a good experience with NZ Post at Quick bites. Staff was well aware and helped me throughout.

An older gentleman works there & is great... a younger guy works there (you'll know him because he doesn't wear a mask) is terrible. I guarantee you it's the same guy everyone else is complaining about in the reviews. He's annoying & obnoxious, & while I was there another customer actually left because he's just so bad. If you're in a hurry, have questions, want answers, don't want to be talked down to or have all your time sucked up, either a) make sure the older gentleman is there or b) go somewhere else, because anywhere else is better than here. However, if you're feeling too happy & want to feel bad, this is the place for you! Just find the guy who never has a mask on (works mornings).

Terrible service. I asked if they had gift cards or birthday cards and the person in the store just ignored me and then started speaking in another language to another person via their airpods. They didn't stock any kind of birthday or gift card even though they say they are a Post Office. Then I asked if I was able to purchase a Chicken Fried Rice next to him in the counter and he said get it yourself!" arrogantly and then continued on his conversation in his language via the airpods. Terrible experience and bad customer service. The person behind the counter was very rude to me and did not accept the NZ post courier package because I brought it in on a Saturday and it was prepaid.He went on to say that there was no space to keep the parcel until Monday, even though it was a small package and weighed less than 3kgs. He said he would “obviously” have accepted it if I had purchased the NZ post courier from them that day. I was told to come back “anytime” on Monday for the prepaid package. He was very rude and was not even paying attention when I was asking him about the package even though I was the only customer in the store. Overall, a bad experience and poor customer service by this branch. I will not come back here again.
