Have been dealing with Mike and the crew for over 8 years now. Good service, great banter and will do their best to get you the right product for the job at the right price

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience. I visited the store the morning of the 27 December. There were 3 staff standing behind the counter chatting away. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood looking at a display just inside the door in full view of them. I then walked over to look at the children’s life jackets. I would have been there a few minutes before walking out again. At no point was I acknowledged by the staff - they continued to chat to one another. There was no other customer in the store at this time.I would like to point out my husband called the store prior to me visiting as he had asked whether they sold children’s life jackets which was what I was after. He spoke to a guy who was quite curt and unhelpful. We will not be going back.

The owner of this business enjoys discrimination and expects his employees to uphold his discriminatory personal choices - our money is good enough for you though....what an absolute joke.We won't be supporting your business ever again, and I'll be sure to share this experience with others.

Mike and his staff are always helpful and friendly. If they don't have it they get it for you or quick t tell you where you can if you are in a hurry.The best of the burnsco stores i have been in and up there with the best boating and fishing stores in the country

Mike and the team at Burnsco Gulf harbour have been looking after me and our boat for the past year and a half. Sometimes I’ve been a little bit demanding, but they’ve always had a solution in a timely manner and at good pricing. They’re a great team, always smiley and friendly. You need go nowhere else for your boating requirements.
