Post Haste Couriers Auckland

If you have a choice, don't use posthaste. I'm meant to get a delivery which was stuck on their warehouse for several days now. Called them if I can personally pick it up and said yes, only to find out there in Penrose that i have to book-in for that, so i just wasted my time. There's another lady there wanting to get her parcel but just the same she wasn't told what is needed to get the package on-site. Why can't they be thorough? I've called to just redeliver my package but the agent on the phone seems to be disinterested to solve the issue.

Unlike other couriers, Post Haste is always slow at delivery, and has a bad habit of signing the parcel themselves, leaving them in shared complex lobby. Anyone could have just taken the parcels, clearly they only care about their precious time and cost. They should get sued for their unjust service!

Congratulations on your average 2 star rating in Auckland. It’s higher than your Wellington average and both are overinflated as Google doesn’t permit zero stars! Need Post Haste to pick up, transport, sort, or deliver a package? Be prepared to follow up on at least one of those steps so you can have it delivered days or weeks late. How can they consistently get it so wrong, so often? We used Post Haste for our business and I’d say they got it wrong 7+ times out of 10. While we stopped a few years ago, other businesses still use them, so I still feel the pain. If you or your business needs to send items, please do not use Post Haste as many reviewers are fed up and are starting to choose not to purchase from stores that do. Whatever exciting items you sell, and whatever fantastic customer service you offer, expect Post Haste to ruin that for you and your customer.

My parcels were delivered at a totally different address(almost 20kms away from my address) and i dont think they've even realized that they made a mistake. Luckily the home owner of the wrong address was honest enough to contact me and give my parcels.

Opened this and now I understand why I've been waiting more than a week for a parcel, Manukau - Mission Bay. Called yesterday and friendly lady explained driver has just returned from leave and will start going through all the parcels, so mine should be with me next day the latest - well it's next day, no info, no updates on tracking, no call. There is clearly something that isn't right when it comes to communicating status to recipients.

An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone.Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.

Easy to find. Very big and lots of parking space. Be mindful of delivery trucks driving in and out.

I appreciated the call by the courier saying he couldn’t get into the apartment building and texting me their website to organise redelivery. The following day I receive a follow-up call asking me where I’d like it delivered and saying I can pick it up from a collection point 8-12pm the following day. On arrival at 8.20, the reception was closed, no phones and no working hours to be seen. Finally, an employee was passing by and said it only opens at 9am. However, he managed to scan the parcel out for me, which was very kind on his part.

Awesome customer service! Jane at reception was so helpful!!! I did not have a box since the parcel i needed to return is not regular size. Jane went out of her way to help me out! That gesture showed the company culture when someone like her is representing the org.
