Has lots of stuff to hire, staff friendly and know their stuff. Didnt get 4 or 5 star as they are a bit more expensive compared to other hire shops.

Terrible customer service. The staff here are wilfully ignorant. If you have the opportunity to use any other hire place in Tauranga do yourself a favour and go there .

Waited to return a rented item,gentleman in the office chose to ignore me.gentleman in the workshop chose to ignore me.had to wait until the gentleman dealing with another customer outside had finished working to return the rental and pay $150 for a 24hr loan.not good service.will use another company in the future.service needs to be improved.even just a simple we will be with you soon from the ignorant staff would be a start.
