Handsdown, the best jewellery repair service I've ever encountered. I sent in my bracelet for a resize, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast compared to any other place I've been to. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the resize, but they also provided an honest recommendation. I'll definitely be returning in the near future for all my jewellery needs.

Great service! Needed to repair a very fine necklace. They did an amazing job, was done quickly, can even tell it was ever broken and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

I took my wife's wedding and engagement rings in for a clean and polish. I really wasn't expecting too much, they've had a life and had some pretty deep scratches, but they've come back looking like brand new! These guys are absolutely amazing.

The BEST Jewellery Repair in Auckland! Look no further!!I got my engagement ring repaired - I lost a small diamond because the claws broke and the other diamond was already wobbly for the same reason. I got my ring back looking absolutely stunning with all the claws repaired and a brand new beautiful diamond. I got the best price ever (other jewellery repair place wanted to hugely overcharge me), the staff is professional, diligent and friendly. I am still blown away by the service I received. Thanks so much!!!

Just brought my ring here to be repaired. It was very wonky and misshapen and they fixed it on the spot in less than a minute. I asked how much? I thought he said three and I thought $3 was very reasonable. He said FREE! Than you so much. Super friendly and modern store it’s good old fashioned values. Rare to find 10 stars!

I have recently got my pearl necklaces restrung and got the clasp of them fixed. They did an incredible job, it looks brand new. Lovely customer service skills from the team and they are people you want to do business with.
