Shameful business owner, employing Indians whose understanding of basic English and customer service is worst than Prince Andrew attending your child's 21st birthday party. How 1 employee is meant to serve 12 customers wanting petrol and/or drinks that have to be made to order is an insult to the public. This business's motto is we keep you waiting

The young guy that works on the forecourt here deserves a customer service medal (if that's a thing) I haven't looked yet but I'm sure I cant be the first person to say so, he is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile for the customer.

Ordered 'small' flat white. Charged for and was going to make 'large'. Was refunded difference, BUT then staff went to use 'SOY' milk, which I DID NOT ask for (was proably charged extra)...and worst of all the coffee was garbage...weak as, and will be binned in a moment. Poor communication through ridiculous perspect glass, + poor listening skills.

I've ordered coffee every morning for the past week or so. I've given it numerous chances... the coffee is not good. I've tried ordering numerous ways to make it taste better. The final straw was today when the lady working wouldn't even let me have a serviette to hold my hot coffee with. She said they only give serviettes with pies. She is not friendly and obviously makes bad coffee. She has been rude numerous times when I have come in. Today I was feeling concerned that she was purposely making my coffee taste bad... not going again. Love Z... just not this one... especially not for coffee.

Bought a coffee, it was warm not hot. Bought a lasagna topper as well, tasted off and threw it out. Bought a pie asked for it to be given 20 seconds in the microwave, no microwave. For the price of everything these days i expect better service, better food and better customer service, it was disgusting.

Employ better workers please. The Indian man that is on the most wouldn’t serve my husband a gas bottle at night which we understood because he was the only 1 on and it was late but when my husband went back the next morning he said they don’t sell them at all.. I hope it’s not just laziness because they’re the only Z I know that do that. As below review stated 1 star is even too generous.
