Took the car in first time telling a single mother with 2 kids that car is fix’s by putting a new battery in as the car alarm keep going off. charged her $600 plus gst. Took the car back home, the car still hasn’t been fix so took it back in, they added 5 hours of labor telling a single mum with 2 kids that it took them that long to clean out spiders webs next to the sensor??.. really poor first attempt to get the customer car done and giving customer false information. The 2nd attempts they put back the old battery and added more $$ to her invoice? Really poor service. They should have done its at first attempt .over charge no discount added. wouldn’t recommend.

A few days prior to taking my car in (for the first time) to have some auto electrical work carried out, I asked if I could book a courtesy car. I was told I could and it was booked for me. The photos of the 'courtesy' car are attached. When I complained I was told the usual courtesy car was booked out". Apart from the fact I could've been called and told this in advance

Chur the guys here are awesome, kept my car overnight when i couldn't pay till the next day and needed my alcohol interlock serviced. Another time one of the boys there stayed a little late to service my interlock when i was late and they where about to close so got him a box lol. Highly recommend the team here. The whole team here creates a pleasant, cheerful no fuss experience. 10/10 recommend

Have been going to these guys for 15+ year. You can rely on them for the best advice, competent repairs and no BS service. They have the best tools and knowledge for any job. Its little wonder they have grown so much in this time and seem to always be really busy. Decent pricing and won't try to scam you. Always a pleasant experience all round.
