Amazingly quick service. Best McDonald's we have visited in NZ, or at least in the south island. Nice seating and friendly staff, parking is good too.

Greymouth Mc Donald's would have to be the worst Mc Donald's in the country. Got food poisoning from early the next morning within 5 hours got migraines, sweeting, shivers couldn't sleep. Toilet all day everyday till 6 days later and had to go home early from work the next day. Terrible experience.

Average store and a bit higher priced items. Forget getting Wi-Fi in this store, it's just not going to happen.The scanning of deal codes failed to work on half the self serve kiosks. Food was looking chucked together.I've eaten at McDonald's all over the world and this store rates towards the bottom. Some of the staff were quite pleasant however.

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to! Service is terrible, over a 45minute wait for our food and and by that time chips were cold and burgers were made poorly and people were hopeless working incredibly slow, won’t be coming back!

I'd like the fact this time I had to wait for my meal so it was freshly cooked but the way it was thrown together very un perfessional offivisly they hate there job if they made burger with passion they will have more consumers but they are giving themselves a bad reputation

Very good Mcdonalds! We always have a special order as kids don’t eat pickles and quite often have issues with orders. Being to this place quite a few times and never had issues. They are quite fast too! And love West Coast decal too with Coal Creek Falls ❤️

Atmosphere inside the store needs to be revamped urgently. The robots are in the middle and oddly placed with the tables and doors all in the way of everything
