My partner and I recently bought two pairs of sunglasses in the Queenstown store and we were very grateful with the customer service.The lady in the store was lovely and helped us decide on our pairs and provided us with great advice.She also looked at and fixed our current pair of sunglasses and left them as new! We are very satisfied and happy with our new sunnies. Would highly recommend buying in that store.

What a bad costumer experience!I went to the shop to let clean and adjust my glasses. After returning back to my hotel I noticed one of the spectacle lenses was full of scratches which haven't been there before!The next day I went back to the shop and explained politely the situation to the manager. First she didn't came up with a solution and said it's my problem and risk when one of their staff members damage my glasses. Imagine a store full of fancy sunglasses and they have such an answer to a damage one of their team members caused? After a looong discussion and waiting two hours close by to the store (because she had to call her manager), she agreed on organizing new correction glasses for me and deliver them to their store in the next city I would go to. Finally! I was sure the problem is solved. After a handshake I left the store in a good mood. As promised I sent her my prescription the next morning. But - what a a kick in the teeth: I never heard back from the manager! One of the worst customer experiences I ever had.

Thank you for making my experience at Sunglass Hut QT super easy and stress free. Deciding on the right pair of glasses as a gift can be quite tricky but luckily the lovely Isy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing service!
