Wonderful experience. We were offered a christmas special to rent bin over xmas period. The drop off and pickup Drivers are friendly, professional and helpful. You can either pay cash to driver or via debit/credit card. I opted for cash as. An online booking option wouldve been preferred, but nothing to worry about Invoice was promptly sent to my email soon after. Overall great experience.

Good ph communication about bin arrival time. I was not at site when bin arrived but was happy with its placement as such a small area. I assumed bin would be removed in afternoon, therefore giving me a half day to complete clearance but it was taken in the morning. Overall happy with service and price.

Excellent service, I ordered it at 7am they arrived on time. Driver was friendly, after doing the rubbish, I called them again to pick it and they arrived 10 minutes later. Would recommend them to anyone Pink Bins are number 1.

Prompt responses and clear communication with Caren. Provided an inspection to see if property and driveway was suitable—which was a massive help as all the other bin companies did not and only went off on photo emails to decide. Drivers were super friendly and professional. Cost more than others but their service makes it worth it.

Do not recommend this service. Driver damaged my deck when picking up the bin. No fixing. We emailed the photos and feedback to the Pink Bins. No response from them. When things go bad, you get the silent treatment. Will never use them again.
