Awesome, thx for fitting me in at short notice. Did a thorough investigation of fault and, while they couldn't fix it (was plumbing related in campervan in the end!) They pointed me in the right direction.

The most helpful mechanic I have seen so far! He's very professional, gives you real advice on your problem matter not if he gets something from it - pretty unusual for this kind of business (he just doesn't push you in anything so he gets extra money). He proved also to be very fair with costs and did other checks free of charge. Very satisfied.

Posting this two years after our interaction. Karl is one of the most helpful people we have ever encountered. Had an alternator changed on our Misti a few months prior by a shop on the North island. It turned out to be improperly installed and literally broke off while driving down the road coming into Invercargill. Karl and team fit us in as quickly as possible, set up an overnight courier for an alternator to come down from Christchurch, and even set us up with a place to sleep for the two nights we were down. Just excellent service that we still talk about, two years later. Take your car here. Best service to be had in NZ. 10 stars out of 5.
