Willowbank Raspberry Farm

I am so disgusted with the way this company conducts their business. The week before christmas I phoned to order 2 family packs of raspberries to pick up on Dec 23 2015. I was told they would be $30 each. On the morning of Dec 23rd I took time off work to collect my raspberries only to be told they hadn't been picked due to the weather and I would need to come back in the afternoon. This was very difficult to arrange as I was working until 6pm and they close at 5pm. When I did manage to get back I was told I could only have 1 family pack as the demand was so high and the cost would be $40 per pack. The explaination was that this was what the market price had risen to due to the demand of the market!! I was not told the price would be market demand but that they would be $30. I find this morally unethical with blatant disregard towards the general customer. It is wrong to quote a price for something and then charge 25% more at collection. I had a choice not to take them however it was too late to order any from elsewhere. I will never ever use this business again!!

Very disappointing, arrived at 4pm, with unclear timings. We went and picked fruit, aiming to meet our daughter who finished work 3 mins away at 4.30. At 4.34 she arrived and we went to pay for our picked fruit and get ice creams, having previously been told the shop was closing at 5pm. (Were told this was on Facebook site, couldn't find it). Were told that we couldn't have Ice cream as it took a long time to clean the machine and the staff wouldn't be finished for 5pm. Maybe they are only paid until 5pm? 5 other groups arrived after this hoping for ice cream and were disappointed. Closing needs to be correctly displayed , can't blame the staff if they're not paid after 5pm. Sorry, won't be returning.

Very disappointed! I went to the shop in the afternoon around 2pm and asked for POC but it was no longer available. Then I asked to buy some raspberries but the service was terrible. Felt like the worker didn't want to be there nor didn't want to serve, had no smile and went away feeling very upset by the poor quality of customer service that I received. I bought a box of raspberry 800g for 35 dollars which was quite pricey.

It is really good place for the kids event. There is enough car parking place as well. After pick the raspberry, you should try to have some raspberry icecream. It is yum. Little bit expensive but it is reasonable price.

Okay place to go for PYO raspberry, around aren’t maintained well; paths are covered with weed and raspberry branches hanging around the walk path. Generally okay place to go.

Great place to get real fruit ice cream, one of the best I tasted so far. However, the service is slow. But still recommended

Yummy fresh fruit icecreams & beautiful truly fresh raspberries for sale in a variety of container sizes. While the lovely young lady was on her own in the shop which was busy with multiple customers she dealt with each professionally, calmly and efficiently.

Fun experience, really easy to get the min pick amount with the 3 of us. Stayed and had ice cream after, nice modern picnic tables with umbrella to sit under. Large car parking area and could easily walk the pram up to where the raspberries were.
