Our showers in the rental property were dirtier than a farmer's clodhoppers so knew there was only one man to call - the Stain Doctor, Phil (McCracken)! Phil delivered exactly as promised and we couldn't be happier! Don't hesitate to give the good Doctor a call, not only for a good time, but for a quality, professional shower restoration.

Product did not work. Was offered refund on return of product by Phil Andrews and never heard back. Matter has been referred to NZ Consumer Protection and Commerce Commission. Unless they can do the job for you on site and you can see the results first hand before paying them (which I couldn't do being based overseas), stay clear of this company and their ineffective product.Response to owner's response:There must be confusion with some other disgruntled customer. All communication regarding the refund was via email and on my part, very polite. If the product was not received (and I have the postal receipt to prove it was sent), then I was never afforded the courtesy of being advised of that fact. This is more unacceptable than a non-existent vitriolic phone call. A very unfortunate end to what could have been a simple amicable refund, with or without the returned product.
