Alethea, Ashley and Charlotte are a great team. They have assisted me with the purchase and quotations of a few houses for carpet and vinyl flooring. Very knowledgeable, helpful and great communication. Their installation team are also very fast, and accommodating, and do a great job. Happy customers all round.

We were delighted with the re-carpeting job completed yesterday by Junior, Eli and team. From the courtesy and professionalism of Charlotte, to the obliging, courteous, friendly, professional install team of Junior and Eli, this has been an incredibly stress free and successful project. Carpet looks great and was a very good price.I highly recommend, thank you everyone.

Absolutely useless, Terrible communication skills by the salespeople working there, cant keep appointments, dont know how to do a proper quote, dont know how to do customer service, Moreover there lack of basic flooring knowledge is astounding. Best keep clear and get a professional carpet company to avoid wasting your time and money.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cavendish Carpets. We replaced carpets and Lino. The process was painless, price reasonable. Team at Cavendish we’re professional to a T making sure everything was how I wanted it. Changed plan a few times and nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend these people.

Ladies in store were friendly. Had agreed to cut the carpet I was after to size until the boss arrived. He tried explaining that it didn't make sense for them to cut a metre off the roll so they were trying to find another roll of the same carpet closer to the measurements I was after. Bit of a grump & seemed annoyed when he had to get the machine out to transport the roll of carpet in the main shop area to the warehouse to cut. If I hadn't already paid, I would've taken my money elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Alethea and her team at Cavendish Carpets. Excellent service, product knowledge and selection of carpet in store and samples galore available for you to take home to make the choice you want easier. You really feel they look after you and you are getting a great deal!! To Ross and Wendy (the installers) I can’t say enough about these two. They are an amazing team and the workmanship is second to none. Ross really knows his trade and he doesn’t take any shortcuts and takes his time. Thank you guys the house and garage looks amazing!!
