I’ve used Jae carpet cleaning, before, and they’ve never let me down, so they were my first choice when moving out of my house. They were wonderful. I was able to communicate by email, which was great as my work commitments left little room for making phone calls during standard business hours. I had some slightly specific instructions, and Jae accommodated them easily. As for the carpet cleaning - my property manager has confirmed that the carpets were left in excellent condition. I’m so glad I used Jae, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Excellent service. I was called back quickly and a time was organised for a visit. The person arrived in a timely manner, was very respectful and set clear expectations of the results I could expect. My coffee stain was removed within 30-40 minutes, and I was very impressed with the service and result. I would 100% get these folks back (here's hoping I won't spill my coffee again).

Always very friendly and professional staff. I have used Jae a number of times and they are awesome. I have 2 kids that seem to throw their food around and the carpet was a mess. It is fantastic now, super clean and I am very happy with the results. Matt did the job and he was really nice and even gave me some spot cleaner. Will use again.

We live in Titirangi and had a pipe burst in our home and after speaking with our insurance company, Jaes came straight out that day (Saturday) and removed the carpet and underlay and once the room was fixed they came back in and relayed the carpet and cleaned it. They were friendly, professional and on time, I will 100% use them moving forward and recommend them to everyone and anyone
