I highly recommend Stefanie Schäfer, she really helped me to get over a mental block when I was stuck. She is a great listener and highly insightful. She has a knack for cutting to the chase and helping you get to the heart of the matter. I work as a Naturopath and the clients that I have referred to Stef have all been really pleased with her also.

Fantastic hypnotherapist and colleague. I work as a naturopath and I often send my patients to Stefanie as I know how much the mind can affect the physical body. Stephanie's approach with my eight year old grandchild has been outstanding. She relates very well to children and has a great set of skills with a truly holistic approach. As a result of Stephanie's skill set in supporting my grandchild, she is able to enjoy an improved quality of life.

I was very fortunate to find Stefanie for hypnotherapy. This was my first experience of this therapy, and I found her to be very experienced, supportive and knowledgeable. She is also a homeopath which has complemented my hypnotherapy treatment, she has a great understanding of the mind and body. The session was fantastic, I felt so relaxed and reassured, and she really triggered what was blocking me in my subconscious mind. I only wish I found her sooner!

Lovely , welcoming staff at My Remedy. My hypnotherapy session with Stefanie is already taking hold after only listening to the follow up tape twice! I strongly recommend Stefanie's hypnotherapy for anyone wanting to achieve goals and remove obstacles that are preventing them reaching their goals.
