We go to The Base a lot, we feel spoilt for choice & enjoy all it has to offer which is mega for us. When we lunch there we mostly spend $20 to $30 & often up to $100 for dinner

Rude customer service, I felt really judged by the staff. The selfservice machine is broken. Then have to order with person serving us told us. Look at the menus if you don't know the menus. Chugging the food to us. Tell us this is private property what is the hell. She is going on. Here. 27.12.2022 10.30am. if I can put hate it. Ruined business this woman.

Arrogant shift supervisor at 11am on 1 March 2023. I asked her to help me with redeeming coupons on kfc app. She was like i dont know, i dont work for app. I work for kfc. What a dumb.

My recent trip to KFC at The Base left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the food was decent, the overall experience was lacking. The restaurant was quite busy, but there was only one cashier working and one self-serve terminal, which made for a long wait to order and receive our food. It was frustrating to see such a popular restaurant understaffed, especially in a busy mall like The Base.The staff that were working were friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were stretched thin. The cashier was doing their best to take orders and handle payments, but with a long line forming, it was difficult to keep up. The self-serve terminal was also a bit confusing to use, which only added to the wait time.Once we finally received our food, it was what you would expect from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were delicious, and the drink was refreshing. However, the overall experience left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. I found myself wondering if it was worth the wait in such busy mall.Despite these drawbacks, I do think KFC at The Base has potential. With some improvements, such as adding more staff during busy periods, the restaurant could be a great option for fast food in the area. The food is certainly tasty, but the overall experience could use some work.In conclusion, if you're in a hurry and don't mind waiting in line, KFC at The Base is worth a try. However, if you're looking for a more relaxing dining experience, you may want to consider other options in the area. While the food is good, the understaffed restaurant and cramped seating leave something to be desired.

Chicken pieces are tiny and very dry! The lady behind the counter was great but let down by the quality of food. The gravy tasted water down. The burgers are okay, we had a mixture of towel, bacon aioli and zinger. Normally their chips are very salty but not this time, so the best thing out of this is the chips
