Great property managers. Being tenants, the team at manage my property were always available to assist with all queries we had. They were also happy to assist us when we needed to break our lease early due to relocation for work, making that process seamless. Highly recommend them.

We've just concluded our tenancy at the 2nd property we've rented through MMP, and we are very sorry to be leaving their care. Having dealt with many Property Managers over 4 years, I can safely say that the entire group here are wonderful, both as managers and as people. Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and in the least invasive way possible. Communication was top notch. But most of all, all of the managers here are extremely reasonable and treat tenants like people living in a home, as they are. We were respected, looked after and felt like we could be comfortable in our living spaces. Bond lodgement and refund has been a breeze. Also, best senses of humour I've come across in any kind of company ;) I appreciate every person here I've interacted with, and will be highly recommending Manage My Property to any prospective tenants and landlords I come across in the future. Absolute legends. For four years, these guys have well looked after me and my family, and there friendliness and prompt assistance were the star of the show at all times. For the last months we had Sara Fowles as the property manager, and she was just fantastic. The move went smooth, bond was returned very fast, and all her communication were always so positive. Genuinely evil people here. It's terrifying how the property managers representing this company will deliberately try to squeeze every last dollar out of tenants, often just barely within the law and sometimes outside it. My experience with them has been overwhelmingly negative, my most recent manager Sara Fowles communicated without a shred of remorse or sympathy, even while ruining the lives of me and my flatmates.
