My impression is that they genuinely want to look after the health of my teeth. I have been seeing them for my detail work for a couple of years and am really pleased i switched. They are also conveniently located so an easy stroll from Heretaunga Street.

As a recent arrival to Hawkes Bay I was looking for a local dentist to take over my oral care which includes a newly broken tooth. I rang based on reviews here but the receptionist was so busy telling me about 'we don't take casual patients' and 'it will cost you $120 for an initial exam' and 'we look after total oral health' she neglected to listen to my situation which I was not given the opportunity to discuss.Shame on you.
