Burger King Lower Hutt
It's about what you would expect for a fast food restaurant.The food was nice and the service was quick.The inside was pretty empty, with a large queue for the drive through.

Burger King Lower Hutt
So waited in the drivethru as normal and waited patiently for 4 combos and a 10 pack of nuggets to be made up and waited by tge 2nd window. Upon the food arriving we wrre greeted and the staff member apoligized for the delay which was fine. We asked is it all here and was told yes. We drove 20min to our destination to find 2 whopper burgers missing. Im usually an understanding and kind person but this is the fourth time we have been told its all there and for it to be incorrect. I dont understand how as a customer has to repeat what we want and for the staff to repeat it all back perfectly and i know for a fact the orders are on screen for staff to make up so how can one shop forget things in an order written on a screen. Sort it out for crying out loud

What a difference a week make!!The burger I had today was so much better than the one I had last week.It was big, yummy, and tasty!!Not only that, due to my complaint to the owner manager last week, it was free!! I also receive a large french fries and a large drink!!Thank you Raina!!Below is my review of last week's burger......The Burger King XL Burger at $13.90 l had for lunch today from Lower Hutt High Street branch was simply awful!!It tasted stale and had an awful taste to it!!It was dry and didn't have any sauce or flavour to the meat!!The lettuce inside was hardly any and wasn't even crunchy!!I should have brought a Double Whopper burger with cheese instead!!

The workers were nice but the service was poor and incredibly slow, even thought it was quiet. After clarifying my order 3 times with 2 different staff, I still received the wrong order. All our food was cold and it was very expensive for what we got ($20 for a regular double Whopper meal???). It was pretty dirty inside, even for a fast food place. We will not be going back.

It's made to order, but BK lower hutt have taken it to the next level. They don't even start growing the lettuce until you place an order. Now that's dedication! 25 minutes later, I was off enjoying my fast" food."

Went to Lower Hutt BK today at 11.45am.. asked a staff to see what time they open. 2 of the staff said they don't know what time they open for lunch. Really?? They work there and they don't know. What a stupid answer. I ordered King Collection New York Steak burger, it looks quite small when took it out from the bag. Surprise and shock to see how small the burger was and opened up the bun, even more shocking. I felt that the staff just dumped the salad, the pattie is like cheeseburger pattie. Disgusting. The worst BK in Wellington.

Burger King Lower Hutt
Prefer BK over Maccas any other day. Their burgers are just so much better! Love the atmosphere and the seating arrangements, where it looks like back in the 80s & 90s! However, due to short staff. It takes a while before you are served.
