Always had good honest service from this company. Prompt and professional even with demand and delays, communicate well and glaziers do a good job every time.

This place is awesome! From the very start they were easy and welcoming to deal with. The lovely receptionist over the phone taking the booking made it very easy to trust and understand. She gave me a quote over the phone which they stuck to on the day and she gave me a date and time. I showed up right on time and they were ready to take my keys and begin work. The receptionist said it would take from 2-3 hours and that she would ring if it was done any earlier. Not even 2 hours later and i get a call to say it will be done in 30mins. It sure was! I had my 4 month old son with me and was so pleased we didnt have to spend half the day roaming waipapa as my husband was at work and we didnt have a ride to and from home so we were set to spend abit of time waiting around, so glad we didnt have to! Excellent service and highly recommend this place and team! Our windowscreen is immaculate, amazing quality. Truly the cheapest, fastest and best service we have ever had. Can not rave on enough about this place! Thank you Bay glass kerikeri!

Called to get new windscreen , delay in doing will check back when done , suggested could take 3 weeks !

We recently had a huge pane of double glazing replaced (120kg!). Bay Glass did a tremendous job. Immaculate, efficient & professional. Not a shred of the shattered glass dropped off. Thank you to all 5 guys on the job and helpful Caryn. Would recommend them.

Bay Glass Kerikeri were a bright light on a rather traumatic day after our daughter ran through a ranch slider door. Late on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, they delivered a top notch service, all with a smile. Much appreciated and highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I have to say I was not impressed with how this company communicates. I phoned to make an appointment for them to site visit, this was discussed and agreed for 16:30 the very next day, I thought that was great. I was checking emails at 17:00 on the day of appointment to see how they had re scheduled for the following Thursday. An email??? really? why not telephone so we could arrange another time, we dropped everything to be here after all.What followed was gob smacking, I advised I was not happy and gave 3 alternative days and times the following week. and email... yep and email not a phone call came back and said we can fit you in after 14:30, Now I'm really confused .... what day?Turns out its the Thursday of the following week. what the heck, I just told you we could not do Thursdays and you still haven't picked up the phone.I was looking forward to continuing to use local suppliers, sadly we've had to go out of town.This company certainly needs lessons in communication, Throw away the emails and get on the phone, we could have sorted something in 5 minutes.

I would like to acknowledge the work done by Bay Glass and in particular Melissa who responded quickly to my email after my car was broken in to. Thank you for finding the best low cost options for me and the new windows look great. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
