Arr. 9.56am, chk-in 10.11am, unloaded 11.12am , which made me too late for my other pickup, before my legal break at 11.30am.Allow at least an hour and a half for any load/unload.What shop would force a -hour wait on its customers, and expect them to be happy?The hoists here do. Their other tasks stay the same, no matter how many trucks line up. Why not get rid of the trucks first?Only hospital ED'S make you wait longer than these guys.The service is far too slow, bring a pillow.
