Rude night staff, i drove 10 minutes to this no bp and asked for things I could clearly see through the night pay window and the guy just said they didn’t have what was asking for even when I pointed it out he said no and just carried on doing something else that was obviously more important than serving customers.

Sausage rolls were dry meat and pastry dry tasted funny even my cat who eats anything and everything didn't want it I brought a large chai latte I could have brought one cheaper at a pop up coffee van it tastes like sugar and milk no chsi no actual drink it just tasted like sugar and milk not going there again ever BP que2 you've lost a good customer **UPDATE** two months later still haven't been refunded and they just ignore you and probably ignore the reviews

Got a coffee which was little more than warm milk. The 3 ladies serving didn't seem to like people, rude and I won't be returning even if nothing else is open.

Just ordered off uber eats. I payed for assorted donuts. How do you manage to give me half glazed donuts... pretty piss poor when I pay the extra and get what I could have got alot cheaper. Won't be ordering from here thats just cheeky and rude... come on guys taking advantage of the fact it gets sent away. Not impressed

I went there @8.47 pm on16/05/22 , i parked my car at pump no 1 to refuel and went inside to pay before starting fueling, the lady who was working inside on computer system no 1 she refused me to pay and said i need to park on another pump station because else is using no 1 but there was noone on number 1, my car was parked there , she was shouting on me very rudely… i will never come back to this BP where staff don’t knw how to treat customers , poor customer service 0/10

The people here are always friendly and helpful! There wildbean pies however are not the greatest lol I wouldn't reccomend spending 5 bucks on it. The pastry is VERY dry and rock hard. The meat was very weird tasting looking like cat food. And the pie was TINY.

Unsure if these guys are trained barristers or not the coffee is never the same health and safety is poor who puts fingers inside cups absolutely terrible we drink out of those cups poor review from me sort it out guys
