My beloved cat Martin" arrived from Korea and stayed here for 2 weeks. QPS was not our first choice but the original quarantine had an overbooking of some sort and they recommended this quarantine instead. I chose PetHaven quarantine as my first option because the rooms were not see-through so the cats had privacy unlike in pet haven where the walls were see-through. This stressed out Martin even more because he does not react well in the presence of new people and new cats. The facilities were a bit old and rusty but nevertheless

We have moved from France to New Zealand end 2022. Here we are now with our two cats in Auckland. QPS are very professionnal. They delivered good quality service and cared about their customer. I really appreciated that they helped and supported us along with this journey that took almost 5 months to get our pets onboard.Note: We faced administrative issues in EU. For instance the EU authorities would stamp ID papers for one cat but not the other one without explanation and and sound motivation. The French Pet Carrier in Paris - bagage du monde - cumulated mistakes, would not care about us, put our old 17 years cat under stressed and hazardous conditions.

Still a professional operation after all these years. What more could you want. Most accommodating with special pick up time.

I would never have a show dog go through these facilities again. I had a run in with one of the staff over what water containers the dogs could drink out of and they insisted on water bowls so my white show dogs arrived at my place with staining all over their faces, (this does not come off).They cut the long hair in various places of the dogs bodies leaving one unshowable. I was not allowed to come and groom the dogs myself for the entire stay they were there. They were the most expensive out of all the quarantine facilities. These people maybe good with pets but warning do not leave them with show dogs especially ones with long hair.

This place is amazing. I just popped in completely unannounced and they took my dog in for a couple of days no problem. I changed my booking dates several times over the Christmas period, again with no hassle whatsoever...never being made to feel like I was a nuisance at all. The team here really care about their customers both animal and human. Highly recommended!

Our dog recently had to stay 14 days in quarantine and we received a total of 4 updates. Pethaven was our first choice as we preferred the look of their facilities and a family friend told us that they sent daily updates - they were unfortunately fully booked. We thought that surely all quarantine facilities send regular updates to put the owners minds at ease. We actually visited the facility after receiving no updates for 4 days with the excuse being that the internet was down. Yet, a phone call could not be made to let us know how he was doing. Especially with no visitation allowed, updates are the only way we can see if our animal is okay and safe. For the price we paid (over $2000) we received 4 updates in 14 days - absolutely shocking.Tish assisted us towards the end of the process and was lovely and assisted and responded when we emailed. He left happy (thankfully).

The staff are very friendly and have looked after our Tibetan mastiff well since he was young pup. I recommend them to anyone especially when u need a last minute service for your dogs if u have to go away for the day or night. They are very reliable.5 stars to the team.

Fantastic work! QPS was extremely helpful in bringing my dog to NZ from Hawai'i. They were always available to help, and answered all my questions. They sent me photo updates, and helped guide me through the import documents. My dog did lose a lot of weight in quarantine, but I think that is just because of anxiety. They even tried mixing in tinned meat with her food! Extremely considerate and hardworking people, I couldn't recommend them more. A+++++

Nice place but unfortunately my dog came back from it with sores on his legs / feet. Ongoing issues and vet bills to sort out these sores i suspect fungal infection from unclean facility.
