Very friendly helpful owner who although checking in pretty late was cheerful.Room was very neat and clean with everything we needed for a short stopover .The Staff were great to talk to the following morning .Great location and smiley dogs .

Love the amazing staff here. The room were so clean and it was nice and quiet. The lovely ladies at reception are so welcoming. Me and my little dude enjoyed our stay here. Will definately be back again

Lovely cosy, quiet place even though it’s next to the road.Easy to find. Stayed overnight on journey through.Very clean, all the stuff you need.Super comfortable bed. Really impressed.Eco friendly use of buckets for water like waiting for the shower to get hot. They use it on the gardens to save water from the town supply.Great idea.

Home away from home, friendly staff, (and doggies). Spacious rooms. Different sizes and layouts available. Kitchen well equipped and clean. 5 minute walk to town, shops, restaurants. Still close to countryside and nature walks.

Second time we've stayed here within the last 6 months and our stay was pleasant. We had a disabled room and it suited my mums needs. Was worried because you could hear all the traffic when outside, but once you close the door you couldn't hear anything! highly recommend

Studio unit was very clean, bed and pillows soft like clouds and unit well insulated as very little road noise heard despite being near the road. Very grateful the 2 units were held for us that we booked by phone on our travels there from New Plymouth during heavy rain and through roadworks with phone reception dropping out as all other motels were booked out on the town. Thankyou also to owners/managers for tolerating our parking issues with a Chevy suburban station wagon towing a well laden transport trailer. Highly recommend a stay here.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The room had everything we needed. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. This was our third stay here and we will continue to come back when we're in town. Thank you very much!

This is not the first time I have stayed here and definitely won't be the last. The rooms are clean and tidy and well kept. Good showers and kitchen amenities. Very comfy beds. Everything is clean and tidy and neat little touches to make the room more welcoming. The people are friendly and helpful.It has been over 6 years since I last stayed here and yet nothing looks dated or worn out. An obvious effort to maintain a high standard.Like I said, I will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely spacious room with a cute cooking area that sufficed us for 9 nights stay whilst climbing in waipari. Excellent service from the staff whom had excellent cleaning etiquette I.e. the place was spotless every time we came back after a long day. Definitely would stay again and definitely would recommend
