Easy to access site, great customer service. Rooms were spacious, relaxing and very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Despite being on a very busy road, double glazing made for a very quiet stay. Good grassed area at rear of motel for pet exercise etc. Would totally stay here again.

Really nice motel owner friendly and very helpful room clean. The reason why I don't give a 5 star ⭐ is because the road is so noisy you notice this more at night, but I would recommend this motel.

If you value your safety, stay away!!!!! I booked a room for a family member recently and on his last night, he gets startled in the middle of the night by a couple opening his door and walking inside the room. Turns out they were in the room next door and opened the door to my uncle's room thinking it was theirs, only to unlock someone else room. It's a good thing the couple they were good people and apologized and went about their night because who knows what would've happened if they weren't. My poor uncle didn't sleep at all that night because he was scared and there was noone in the office to talk to.

Was clean and tidy, our room was a bit too dusty thoughThe website advertised bbq grills and picnic area but when we got there we were told the bbq grill has been broken for agersWe were also not allowed to use our electric fry pan in the room so had to waste money on takeawaysThe owner was quite rude so didnt have a good time dealing with himOverall motel was good, will recommend it for family of 3 or couples for short stay

Clean, safe and very comfortable.Most importantly, my best friend Fred was allowed to stay. More places should realise what a huge market dog friendly accommodation is.I will most certainly be back.

Not too fancy, but neat and nice. We had a car so moving around was easy. Good service. Our room had two bedrooms even tho only two of us. Was good to have the space tho

The friendly staff and quality of accommodation helped us to extend our stay for 3 nights rather then just the one. So clean and very well presented, top of our list any time we travel to Rotorua now. Thank to the staff at Bella Vista motel Rotorua for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Not bad of the rooms. I booked from booking app but they charged more when I arrived. I get refund finally.I think it’s the responsibility of hotel to check your price on booking.Don’t ask customers to do this.Remind the price gap between booking and how much you pay.

Traveled to Rotorua for Business last Friday booked into Bella Vista for the weekend, staff greeting was very warm and welcoming, the rooms were presented very well and everyone there was so helpful and pleasant.The atmosphere, environment and general feeling about the place has left a lasting impression with me & I will definitely stay again.Thank you to the host, your staff & all the cheerful happy helpful people at Bella Vista Rotorua, You gave my wife & I not only a weekend to remember, but we were also privileged to see the real people of Rotorua
