I traveled out to Pram today with a slow leak in one of my front tyres, got turned away by Tony's Tyre Service but ended up finding Beaurepaires and spoke to a guy called Paul who literally dropped what he was doing to fix my tyre on the spot!...When he finished I asked him what I owed him, he replied nothing!...excellent service great guys...Paul your a Legend bro!...thank-you...I highly recommend Beaurepaires Paraparaumu...

Fantastic, friendly, very considerate service thank you. Yesterday I came in with a young lady who works with my wife and had a tyre that had been flat. After extensive checking of the tyre, you couldn't find anything (probably because the tyre had just slowly deflated over months). Without charging her at all, you did a thorough search of the tyre, valve, etc., cleaned the rims of the tyre, pumped all tyres up to their correct pressure, and gave great advice on future maintenance. Both of us were very impressed and are spreading the good word. Impressive!

Beautiful service tyre went flat after hitting the gutter, he filled it with air replaced the valve cap and sent us on our way, no charge exceptional service. Humbled by the fact that they were swamped flat out and spared us a few minutes and saved us some cash.

Great service from Ray and Sam. Got some nice new commercial tires for my Van that are a lot nicer ride than the old hard ones. As a regular customer that gave me a reasonable discount and I get free rotation and balancing for the life of the tires because I got the set replaced. Well done guys.

Got caught in a stressful situation recently, with a punctured tyre. When contacted by AA serviceman who came out to help me, Nick remained open, and went out of his way to fix my tyre so I could get home. Service was excellent. A couple of days later was unlucky to get another sidewall puncture. Nick and Paul were on the ball, and sorted things immediately, while I enjoyed their coffee. Exceptional service, well done guys.
