Ali takes her time and ensures you are well informed on right technique and has the patience of a saint! There is a wide variety of classes and equipment to suit different interests and different times. The classes are a lot of fun and varied, I never get bored! Gym Junkie has the best yoga classes. Ali and the other instructors are absolutely awesome! Every week is different, fun, empowering and feels so good for my body. I always have the best sleep after Wednesday night's class. Ali integrates different types of yoga into her classes. She is always dynamic, fun, supportive and motivating. Suits any level of ability too.

You will not find a gym anywhere like this place. Ali and the girls are the best trainers. It's like a PT session nearly everytime you train. The vibe is so inclusive everyone is always comfortable and no one is judging ! You can also take your kids there an added bonus, keep doing what your doing it's changing people's lives x

Absolutely love Gym JunkieI started Gym Junkie when Ali first started the classes 3 years ago , I wasn’t big on group fitness as I was very self conscious and a bit nervous working out with other people , but gym junkie is absolutely fantastic , it’s a great group of people and Ali and her team are amazingI would highly recommend Gym Junkie and it’s the 1st place I mention when somebody is looking for a great fun work out group , Gym Junkie has a variety of classes as well as yoga , also some thing I wasn’t a fan of but really enjoyed.Safe to say I love group fitness now I have an absolute blast and loads of fun and always walk away feeling amazing after a work out with the gym junkie team !!
