Took laptop in as touch screen wasn't working. Got told it will cost $700 to replace the screen but they could turn the touch screen off. I stupidly agreed. I went in to pick it up the next day. They wanted $92 for turning the touch screen off. Just appalling. When I queried it they immediately dropped it to $69. Their excuse for the charge was the time taken to turn the touch screen off". What a joke. I will never go here again."

The online support from this computer shop was exemplary! The support team was efficient and knowledgeable. They resolved my technical issues swiftly and professionally. Even though it was a complex issue, they made the solution seem simple. Would highly recommend their online support to anyone having trouble with their computer.

Great service and friendly team. I believe how a company deals with a problem is a good test. I had my phone battery and back replaced and when I got it home the speaker didn't work then over the weekend the back broke again. I took it back in after the weekend and it turned out the speaker was slightly misaligned causing a bulge that broke the back. The guys at NetPoint were great, took the phone apart again realised it was their mistake and sorted it out, resetting the speaker and replacing the back again with no charge. Great service and I will now go to them with any phone problems.

Very good Service from Joby - reliable , knowledgeable and very supportive

HiI had some issues with my scanner system . Went to see them at their premises. They were very pleasant and polite and explained to me that they needed to resolve the issue at my premises as it related to my internet connection. Explained the cost and took my booking. They were slightly delayed in arriving by some 20 minutes which is very acceptable, when considering Auckland traffic!!. Joby came to site I explained the issue and left him to resolve. He was very polite and professional in his approach. Got straight into it, found issue and fixed it accordingly. Explained the issue to me, set it all up and showed me it how it all works etc. I found this company very professionally and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate in calling them in the future. WELL DONE!!!
