Have just picked up my ring from Gary. He and the team have done an absolutely incredible job. Very intricate - replacing a tiny sapphire and the claws around the gems - it looks brand new. Gary kept me informed while it was in the shop and there were no surprises upon payment - very reasonable. Would highly recommend and super convenient for those needing repairs working in the city. I recently went to Gary and the team at Meaden to organise an engagement ring. I came in with a ring, looking to keep the same design, diamond but have it resized and changed to white gold. Gary was extremely communicative and personal in his service, explaining everything I needed and contacting me along the way.He showed me a rough price range, and it was at the absolute lowest of the price range!.I can not recommend Gary and the team enough, absolutely fantastic experience.

Gary created the most beautiful engagement ring for us and we couldn’t rave more highly about the experience. He was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with, and created a ring which far exceeded our expectations, within our desired budget too! He interpreted the design perfectly and the final product is exactly what the vision was - only better! We opted for lab grown diamonds and are so impressed with the value for money and quality of the stones for the price when compared with natural diamonds. We had other quotes done and Gary’s pricing was the most reasonable by a mile. To top it off, the entire process took only a few weeks. We couldn’t recommend Gary more highly. Thank you so much for creating a piece which will be treasured for many, many years to come!

This is my most satisfied merchants, they bring me surprise can not be expressed in words. They restored my wedding ring in a short time and made it as good as new. I placed an order at very short notice on the eve of my birthday. Normally this piece would not be received on my birthday, but I received it and the flowers from the store in the afternoon. It was flawless. It's like a kind of my wrist, wearing no discomfort, you don't need to adapt to it. It was my happiest day .Thank you so much❤️

I have an engagement ring which I had bent out of shape along with a side stone which fell out but Gary fixed it up for me in 2 days! Him and his staff are lovely to deal with and their pricing was very fair for the great service and quality of craftsmanship which I received.Big thanks from me and I'll definitely be using Meaden Master Jewellers as my go-to from now on.

We got in touch with Gary to makeour wedding rings. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Gary made it easy for us. He patiently advised and refined the rings until the final touches, showed us the 3D model and made a 3D resin model to try on. He helped us every step of the way from advice on metal to polish and finish of the rings.We couldn't be more thankful and we are thrilled with the results. They were delivered in a beautiful Meaden gift box. We loved the extra touch. Thanks for making our special day extra unique. We will not be looking anywhere else for anything jewelry.
