What a beautiful place to stay, a two minute trip out of Napier itself nestled next to the Harbour!We absolutely enjoyed our one night stay and will definitely return!Everything was perfect and as honeymooners the ammenities and location were perfect!So quite and very well maintained place to stay!

Excellent! One of the cleanest motels I stayed at. Bathroom and kitchen spotless. This motel is very competitively priced, and viewing the dawn from across the curtains makes even more worth staying here.

Reception was friendly. Parking easy. I requested a second floor room which I got. Room 19. A studio. It was big, with a couch, dinning table with two chairs, out door chairs and table, two side chairs, a kitchenette. Bathroom is large with a large spa bath. Overall every thing was clean, and the room smelt fresh.Location is great with views out into the bay, and there is a balcony to enjoy them from.A couple of negatives. No extractor fan in the bathroom. A noisy wall mounted fan heater. Several broken window catches. The front door doesn't close tight and whistles with the wind.But these small negatives hugely out weigh the price I paid for the room. So still definitely a 5 star rating.

The hotel seems to be frozen in time, probably the 80’s. It is functional, very clean and has great view of the sea, where you can walk from the door of your room.Each room has a small kitchenette with the necessary and very quality tea, coffee and biscuits.My only complaints are the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors, the pillows are quite flat and the ventilation in our bathroom were not working as such the window had to be opened, being in early winter, making the bathroom being a bit cold.

Well equipped rooms with a fridge and microwave which was made things really comfy. The fridge was particularly welcome following my trip to the wineries! Location is great with lovely views over the bay. The staff were lovely and friendly too. The only downside was that my room was next to the kitchens in the next property so there was a smell of cooking oil in the evenings.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nicely priced, great views with Cafe's and Place to dine near by, impressed with location and layout. Highly recommended.
