Okay so IGNORE the one star atmosphere review, COME on what are they gonna do, have a house band? OK so the thing is is, with any franchise it comes down to the Team. This Subway outlet has and awesome young American guy, while quiet, he makes awesome sandwiches with perfect ingredient spread, and fast!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Not even a hi. No smile on his face. Food was below average. Sadly the only Subway location in Nelson now. If you want a better sub drive to Richmonds location.

You would think all Subways are the same, not so. The Tahunanui Subway is way a lot cleaner than the Nelson branch. And for some bizzar reason the food seams to taste fresher. Go figure....

Im sorry but this place needs a revamp of staff, i just went in brought dinner for my whole family and the guy was rude, he through my change at my hand instead of passing it to me. I am no way a karen and i couldnt care less if he doesnt want to smile but when you throw my change at me instead of passing it thats disrespect right there. Management needs to sort their staff out.

Its subway. Staff were a little cold but fast service and an ok sub. Were a little skimpy on ingredients compared to other subways I've visited.

Got the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced from here the other day. On top of that, I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them by even ordering there, its such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Worth the extra 10 minute drive to go to Richmond

We visited for lunch with the grandchildren. Service was quick and efficient, though staff seemed bored. Food was good and was enjoyed by all. Atmosphere was average. Place was clean, though a bit tired.
