Just dropped by and asked to look at replacing the charging port for my iPhone 6s as it hasn't been charging properly. He took a look and told me it's probably just dirty, cleaned it and told me it's all fine now. Less than 5 mins, friendly and no cost. I would certainly go back to service my phones if need to next time!P.S. My charging port is now back to normal charging! :)

Fabulous service from this tidy shop in Queens Arcade. Replaced the smashed screen and installed new battery for my iPhone 6S in 45 minutes. Not a mark on the phone – it looks new! Give them 10 stars if I could!

If you work in the city and need your phone repaired, Kilo is the man for the job. Reasonable price and great service. There was a fault with my latest screen replacement and Mobile Medic fixed it under their own warrant which was very reassuring. Great service.

Kilo was awesome!After checking out some other repair shops with worrying reviews, I decided to go with Mobile medic. I emailed in the morning and got a very quick reply.Kilo fixed my phone while i was at work in less than an hour. I was able to pick my phone up on my lunch.Couldn't recommend more!

This fella restored my Xperia Z5 (smashed screen to bits, back side, battery, GPS antenna) to its former glory AND didn't rip me off, fantastic! Especially since official Sony service shop told me they'd replace the whole device which they wouldn't do for me because mine was parallel imported.I know where I'll go next time when I have a phone or a tablet to fix! He works fast, too! Can't recommend enough!
