Looks a bit tatty but was ok. Let run down as owner busy with pub and restaurant which is great. Great park to buy. Not take over lease. Park owners are Oamaru developer family not showing interest in park . Shame really as could be great again in the hands.

Very old. Falling apart. Wooden sills in shower rotting. Ceiling falling in. Smells of wet carpet

Great summer holidaying area. Good facilities. Would recommend if you are into water sports and the outdoors. Everything is handy food , pub and shops

Well laid out camp for canvas customers , and caravans , boats etc . Ample power points , and handy water supply . Also lodge accommodation , and new separate units . Overnight , or longer stays, at this well appointed location .

The lodge was filthy. The room was obviously not cleaned after the last guests.Dead Flys on the window sills. The rubbish bin had not been emptied. The smoke detectors were in a draw with the batteries taken out. The jug cord has electrical tape on it. The seal on the fridge was hanging off. No hot water in the room and the water that came out of the tap was rusty. And as for the building, well rough would be an under statement.Not impressed and will not be staying there again. And will not recommend it to my friends.
