Took forever (4 goes before they were finished and took a month from when they first said they were finished), ruined the rimu trim when taking off the polyurethane, it looked like they'd scraped it off with a chisel. Boss came around and said he'd make it right, did a half-arse go at sanding a couple of door frames down to about 30cm from floor and then left. Would not use this company again.
