Leziel manager in spark cbd is very rude and arrogant lady.she is not ready to help customer at all. I been store today with my19 month old baby.explained her my problem.I spent more than2 hours around spark cbd to get solutions but notPlz adviced don't waste time in spark cbdStaff not going to help.even they try to make things hardSpecially mother with baby plz don't go there

Super helpful and efficient; replaced my sim card on the spot and by the time it was loaded, had worked out a signnificant monthly saving on my broadband deal. You've got to love this place!

Visiting from overseas. Needed a local SIM Card. The staff member who served me did not even know the details of the traveller sim plans. The SIM setup in the phone was fine, but if I hadn't previously checked out the plans on the Spark website he would have sold me the wrong product.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and everything was clearly explained. I needed a new phone on short notice and they were able to get me up and running super fast. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new phone

It’s a very bad experience. We have a holiday at New Zealand. First we choose the spark. But when we want to charge the prepaid plan,there have some problems happened. We go to asked the staff,but he just look and not give any helpful advise. And totally don’t want to council us. We don’t get any help at last. So we choose vodaphone at last. They are very kind and helpful.

I was quite disappointed by the service unfortunately, the person I dealt with seemed extremely disinterested, had barely any product knowledge, was generally unhelpful and severely lacked people skills. The staff came across as unwelcoming. Maybe additional training could be required? It seemed like the employees present didn't realise that essentially what they do is retail and they by rights should be approachable, knowledgeable and customer focused.
